1. How much does FamiSafe cost?

Our pricing is subscription-based. We provide three level subscriptions:

  • Monthly subscription: US $9.99
  • Quarterly subscription: US $19.99
  • Yearly subscription: US $59.99
2. How to claim a refund for my order?

Please note that FamiSafe will return your order if it meets our refund requirements. Here is our refund policy for your reference:

For Order Purchased via Google Play:

1. Refund within 48 hours of purchase

  • a. On your computer, go to
  • b. Click Order History.
  • c. Find the order that you want to return.
  • d. On the order, click More.
  • e. Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.
  • f. Complete the form and note that you would like a refund.
  • g. You will see a message saying 'Thank you for sharing your concerns'. You'll then get an email with your refund decision. You’ll usually get this within 15 minutes, but it can take up to four working days.

2. Refund after 48 hours of purchase

For Google Play order, you will also need to contact our support team. Please submit a request via the below link and our team will help with the case:

For Order Purchased via App Store:
  • Go to
  • Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  • If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
  • Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
3. How to cancel my renewal subscription?
For Order Purchased via Website:

Please follow the below steps:

  • Log into your account on the dashboard page or your app.
  • Go to Setting.
  • My Subscription.
  • Disable Auto Renew

If the renewal cannot be cancelled. Please contact our support for further assistance:

For Order Purchased via Google Play:
  • On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  • Log into the Google Account you used to make the purchase.
  • Tap Menu and then Subscriptions.
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Tap Cancel subscription.
  • Follow the instructions.
For Order Purchased via App Store:

We have provided the steps to cancel subscription on your iOS devices here. If you would like to learn about other methods, please refer to the below link:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
  • Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  • Choose a different subscription option, or tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
